Sundays

Sunday Mornings
10.30am

Prayer Meeting

11.00am

Sunday morning service

Our main service starts at 11.00am each Sunday, lasting until around 12.20pm.  There’s a crèche for pre-school children and groups for children in primary school and Years 8 & 9 starting part-way through the service. We meet to hear God as the Bible is taught, to speak to him as we pray, to praise him with songs and to encourage one another to live for him.

Sunday Evenings

On particular Sundays each month we meet in the evening at 6.30pm, lasting about an hour.  See our upcoming evening services below, or view our calendar for all upcoming church events.

What to Expect

When you arrive you will be greeted by a friendly volunteer who will be at the door to answer your questions and direct you to where you need to go. Our service includes prayer, praise and bible teaching at the centre. Communion is an integral part of our service and is usually included in the final part of our morning service. The morning service is usually about 80 minutes and the evening service is around an hour.

You will find people who dress casually (jeans and t-shirts) and those who dress formally. We do not have any form of dress code, so it is your choice.

Our church is situated next to Abbey Street Car Park. This is a Council Pay & Display car park which is currently free of charge on Sundays. Up to date information can be found on the council website

There’s a crèche for pre-school children and groups for children in primary school and Years 8 & 9 starting part-way through the service.

Our main auditorium is installed with a hearing loop system. Anyone situated in this area and wearing a hearing aid equipped with a loop programme (or ‘T’ setting) can listen to our service with enhanced sound supplied through our microphones. This way the background noise is minimised and you can focus on what is spoken into our microphones.

We welcome visitors who are Christians to share in Communion with us, as we are all part of the same body of Christ. This act of sharing bread and non-alcoholic wine is for those who in repentance and faith have experienced God’s grace in their lives. If you are not sure about your faith we encourage you to remain with us and watch as we follow Jesus instruction to participate in this symbolic supper together in remembering His death until He returns.
